Cat Tree with Built-In Litter Box Enclosure

A multi-functional cat tree with a built-in litter box enclosure in the base. The bottom compartment is accessible via a swinging door or lift-up panel, designed to fit most standard litter boxes (up to 18″L x 14″W). The upper levels include perches, a condo, and a sisal-wrapped post. Ventilation slots on the back panel allow airflow while keeping litter scatter contained.
